Are there any per-student fees?
No. You pay one flat yearly fee regardless of how many students you enroll. All CBC modules are included in every plan.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-year?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and only pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
How do I pay for the subscription?
We accept M-Pesa (Paybill & Till Number), bank transfer, and card payments via IntaSend. Invoices are issued upon registration.
Is training included?
Professional and Enterprise plans include free remote onboarding and training. Enterprise clients receive on-site staff training at their school.
